lighting Best lights for my setup

Hey guys,
 
So it is about time I upgraded my lighting setup on the DWC system in my shed.
 
I've done the read around and came to the conclusion that LED is the way to go, but it's just out of my price range at the moment.
I was thinking some CFL lights as they're quite reasonably priced, and I have always thought of constructing some of the DIY LED set-ups that some do on here.
 
I'm planning on keeping these guys in here till maturity and suspending them up with string.
 
So my question is. for the setup in the pics below, what would you recommend? and what wattage ect?

I dont have any knowledge for you, as I too will be looking further into DIY LED. However, your plants look great right now!

Not sure what your price range is. I picked up the following light and it is working well for me.
