Are Ring Of Fire Links Still A Thing?

I added the links to my site devilpods.com months ago and have written them dozens of times and never get a response... i then started "auditing" the other sites in the links and found 70% of the linked sites either dont exist anymore or dont post links to ring of fire as they were suppose to...
 
Would you assume its a dead circle and remove the links? im getting tired of the dead links taking up space on my site for no reason...
 
more times than i can count... that way... direct emails... even through their other site smoke ring or something like that... im just gonna take them off my site... even their site hasntbeen updated since 2012 according to the copyright in the bottom... thanks though..
