     So I decided to start a flog since I won't be doing a glog this season 'cuz my wife and I will be moving this coming summer.

The high-crumb bread even looks good what is it?

 

     It's my wife's everyday sandwich bread. Just regular white bread with some oat bran. This was one of her best batches. Nice thick crust and perfect, uniform, spongey texture.

     Expect big things from that bread tomorrow morning! :D

I  LOVE SCALLOPS!!! Those are done PERFECT!!!  :drooling:

 

     The trick is to burn off all your finger hair. And cook some scallops in the process.

awwwww...MAAAAAANNNNN!!!!......just under dungeness crab is SCALLOPS on my all-time favorite seafood list.....

What's on the menu for Valentine's Day..or is that a secret? :shh:

 

     My wife's going to be out of town, so probably cereal and bourbon. But when she gets back I think I'm going to do some shrimp scampi. Probably outdoors on the canning stove like the scallops.
