Peanut butter goes on the bottom, silly. Though, if you're sticking the slices together, I guess the jam is still technically on top.
Made some peanut butter this morning. Roasted some peanuts, a bit more then I would have liked, added some coco to smooth the taste. Just takes a bit of technique and taking it slow in the blender.
