Just wanted to say hello to the chili growers around the world on this forum!
My name is Steve and I live in Ontario Canada where it is currently -5c and am looking forward to the challange of growing food that keeps me warm!
My interests are Smoking (meat / cheese) any time I have a chance, working with new types of food, growing my beard, having a scotch, and cryptography. Kind of mixed bag if you I say so myself.
This summer I am looking into making my own sausage with peppers in it, last fall I got into buying hot peppers dehydrating them and trying to make my own mixes of chili powder! The next step was to grow my own.
Not very much of a green thumb more of a pit master but thats why I am here to learn. From my house to yours, thanks for having me.
