I'm ok avoiding cilantro I never liked it much in the first place. Tastes like soap and bitter weeds.

There are many online hot sauce shops where you can purchase items from different sauce makers.  HEAT hot sauce shop is one.  They represent a lot of the west coast producers and can package the items from all the products they carry to shipping with their online store.  There are a lot of other online sauce shops.

I like yucateco xxxtra hot. The others not so much.

Too many to mention but here are some recent eatin's.
- THSC Yellow 7 Turkey Slap
- CaJohns Fatalii Fire
- Junglerain Delerious Dreams
- CaJohns Nothing Beyond Z (one of the only extract sauces I like)
- of course:
XVII Nero & XVII Bubblegum 7 Raisin BBQ

Sounds like a need to order me some LDHS

Ok so is there a website that sells many of the popular sauces or Do you just have to hit up the individual makers sites?

can also check out fuegobox. they got subscription options of like 3 sauces montly, 3 sauces every 3 months or like a single sauce option. I was just looking into it a little bit ago. https://www.fuegobox.com/

Yeah, gotta love Heat!

One of the most interesting I've tried(though not really a hot sauce), I've only found being sold from Heat hot sauce, is Akabanga. It's this weird chili oil from Rwanda. Not like Asian chili oils, it's strange, not much chili flavor, mostly just heat. Seams kind of weird, but it works. I need to order some more, those little eyedropper bottles don't last long.

That's also where I found out about lucky dog black label and yellow bird habanero sauce. I can almost drink that stuff down, but man, I really love garlic.

Hot sauce

Heartbreaking Dawn's Cauterizer
CaJohn's Fatalii Fire, or Puree
High River Sauces Foo Foo Mama Chu
Pex Pepper's Killer Swarm Chilehead Reserve
Primo Pepper's Swampadelic

BBQ sauce

Texas Creek Chipotle bbq sauce
Big Daddy's Big Bad Trinidad

Wing Sauce

Defcon 1
Defcon Cluckwing Orange

I dont buy many anymore except Crystal and Valentina Xtra Hot. The only reason i even get those is because they are cheap and i like them with cold fried chicken. Occasionally i do get a bottle of El Yuky just because its cheap and my brother likes it.

Although its not a hot sauce in the classic sense i do buy RothChild Farms Roasted Pineapple Habanero sauce. I love the stuff when i want sweet and spicy. Mixes great with a BBQ sauce too or for spicy teriyaki.

HollaPeno was pretty good for a jalapeno hot sauce . I dont think Trappeys jalapeno is made anymore. I had one bottle left in the cellar. It aged very well. :D

So i really dont have a top 5 other than the Rothchilds which i really do like and keep on hand.

I'm dying to try Scott's sauces. I'd order some, but my wife would kill me right now, haha. She's already been moaning about the 40+ bottles in the kitchen cabinets ;) Someday though!
You can't go wrong with any of his sauces they all taste great. They might not be the hottest sauces around but you can't beat the flavor. All his sauces allow you to still savor the food you are eating without overpowering it with extreme heat. If you wan't more heat and retain the flavor then just add some of salsalady's drops of pure evil rofl............

With the updated Black Label, no additives are needed. It's plenty hot.  Just won 1st Place Extra Hot & 1st Place Hot/Extra Hot Pepper Blend at Zestfest  (AKA Golden Chiles) ;)
