Best comercial blender for best sauce making recomendation

Hello fellow hot sauce lovers/makers. Reaching out for a bit of advice. I am looking to expand our sauce making capacity and are in the process of choosing the best equipment. Right now we are looking at the following two blender machines: Warring CB15V and Robo Coupe Blixer 6v. Would very much appreciate any thoghts..Thank you!

cant speak to the 2 you are looking at, but my BlendTech with a Wildside carafe will liquefy everything to a nice smooth consistency for <$400.  I think i got mine on fleaBay for $300.  The capacity of the BlendTech looks comparable to the Waring.  To make the jump up to a larger capacity RoboCoupe, you just have to look at all the criteria.  I can process a full 2+ quarts of sauce with produce and chiles in the BlendTech in less than 2 minutes.  And that includes loading and unloading the carafe.  No idea how fast the bigger RC can work.

And I should add that the BlendTech SMOKES the VitaMix I just bought.  The VM does not get a smooth consistency even close to the BlendTech using the large carafe blenders.  Apparently, the smaller individual smoothy blender set up does a better job than the larger carafe but that doesn't help when considering larger batches for sauces.

Hope this helps~

i know it's not one of the ones you listed, but i did a lot of internet research a few months ago and decided that the oster versa was the best bang for buck blender. by chance, my sister bought it for me for christmas.
