indoor my experiment with growing pepper indoor in my office

I would like to grow pepper indoor in my office.  I'm thinking about what is the best way to repel insect in office environment.
So i come up with this solution.    It's an essential oil air humidifier (aroma diffuser)

This is my own formula to repel insect and make me relax at the same time.   Mixed of pure natural essential oil -> Spearmint, Citronella, Rosemary, Geranium, Peppermint, Orange, Vetiver.
Not only it makes my pepper seedling look beautiful,  this kind of aromatherapy is very good for my health.

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Some of the nerds in our office grew Bhut Jolokia.  Nothing more than a south facing window, a little bit of fertilizer every now and again, and that's it.  The plant didn't look great.  But it produced pods.   Over the course of a year, they ended up with about a half dozen or so.
.
A small fan helps greatly.
