[Mar 20] What are you working on this week?

Got scolded by an old-time canna grower that my soil mix for peppers was all wrong. I'm apparently not organic enough. So I use some time release 8-8-8 in my mix, worked great for years. He said I could get better yields by going 100% organic and gave me a shopping list.
FFOF to use as soil base and add to it:
Bat Guano
Bone Meal
Blood Meal
Sea Kelp
A pretty expensive list but hey, if my pods get that much bigger and better I might even be able to sell some or at least trade at the organic farmers market.
 
1- hardening off some seedlings
2- planting some tomato seedlings
3- ordering a few upgrades for my new BGE   :)
4- cooking some fresh sturgeon and striper my brother caught yesterday for dinner tonight   :)
5- washing that down with a good IPA   :)
 
 
Been on the interstate all day and probably the next two days maybe three. Once a month gig I've been doing until construction is done. Should be done this fall. Thursday and or friday will be light bike rides and some nursery work. The weekend will be bigger rides. Getting ready for the across Florida ride in eleven days. Should be a good time, I'm excited. Wife is frying up some shrimp and I'm drinking really dank beer. Going to bed early. Have a great week friends.
 
This week we are working on Destruction!  So we can have a brand new loo....

Just finishing off the last bottle of SR's Hot sauce and PeterS jellies witch heather tried 4peppers of the apocalypse and instanly burst into flames. Was hysterical only took a week before she could eat anything spicy again. hehehe  Told her it was brutal. Peter is insane!! hahaha
