My guess is some sort of extract or powder. Something that has some serious capsaicin levels in it anyway. Maybe dried supers?

     I guess, maybe pure capsaicin crystals? The last link said it was a white powder. Who knows? You'd think after all that hubbub they'd at least mention what the stuff was.
