Also what's good is buy some green pitted olives and stuff with blue cheese and top it off with a hot superhot dice (like the pimento) and pop back in the jar. "Devil's Eyes"

Those are my FAVORITE olives....Costco has big jars of them for around $8. They are almost like a cross between a typical green olive and a black olive in flavor.
Try some Devil's Eyes! Easy to make.
