Pickled Habs

Today I pickled some habs with onion and a dash of shredded lime/lemon peels, let you know how they turn out in a month or two.

Nice! What kind of vinegar? Any water added?
 
Also what's good is buy some green pitted olives and stuff with blue cheese and top it off with a hot superhot dice (like the pimento) and pop back in the jar. "Devil's Eyes"
