Typically purple in the leaves or stem are a sign of UV absorption, kind of like a suntan for plants. The dark color helps prevent further sun damage to the leaves and is very common and not usually a problem. Pics would help everyone help diagnose the issue though.

It's probably lonely. You should grow more. Better seed like 50, just in case 49 don't germinate. Trust me.
Are you sure 50 is enough?
I agree with everybody else here looks fine to me.
