I met Jeff, from Sam & Oliver Hot Sauce there too. Really nice guy. His booth made it into the slideshow this year (It pops up when you open the link) I'm not sure who the two first two people are (girl in black and guy in blue shirt) standing in front of the table, but I'm the third one in line, and next to me (fourth from the front) is The Northeast Chileman. You can't see our faces, but you can see my beer on the table while I'm getting money out of my wallet to buy the big sampler pack.

The surgery is supposed to be about six hours long. They're replacing two discs in my lower back, then fusing three of my vertebrae with titanium rods and bone graft material. Ughhh... They said I'll be in the hospital anywhere between 3-5 days, so I'm hoping to come home Saturday, but I don't wanna rush it either. No point, my Memorial Day weekend is shot now anyway
How long will you be in?
Prepping myself to deal with the hospital food, haha. Here's my travel bag contents Got some prosciutto and provolone stuffed hot cherry peppers, bringing some smoked Cappuccino Scotch Bonnet flakes, some of my sauce. Pookie, I picked up some Chipotle Cholula after talking about it in that other thread this morning, hahaha I haven't had it in a while
