It's May! Let's see some progress pics! ;)

Repair 2 hoses, one split and one end

Amend cuke pot that didn't drain well during our last 3+ days of rain

Mix up 5 more Walmart bags for planters and rinse the 5kg block coco coir going in them. Rain prevented it last week.

Move seedlings into something larger.

Make up a quart+ of serrano/habanero hot sauce. (cooking down now)

Marinate some pork for Char Siu and cook more Pork Chili Verde

The plants are itching to get into their larger pots, as they are fully able to be outside all day now. However, the temps are forecasted to hit the 40F's over the next few nights, so I am holding off on potting up. Heh - even the pineapple wants soil!

But honestly, my plants don't have much of my attention just now - enough to keep them alive and getting big, but that's it. No, my mind is on the fact that, five weeks from today, I will be getting on a plane to go compete in the national Games. Whooooot!

For the last couple weeks I've been putting my OWs outside for a couple hours, pulling them in.  The last time I left them out a good 6-7 hours and pulled them in.  It's been pretty chilly here this past week so they haven't gone back out but the leaves are starting to yellow and fall off.  Any advice?

Coco coir block re-hydrated and rinsed. Its getting another 36hr rain rinse now

Pin hole in one hose fixed.

Cuke pot got amended and now drains properly.

Damn rain has pretty much all outside stuff on hold till it quits and dries out a little.

Tested our tap water...hard to believe its nearly 8.4ph...Ordered a rain barrel "kit" for the 55 gallon barrel i got free.

Waiting for the temps to go up, plants sometimes put outside, always taken in since its around 0 at nights. Put a chicken wire cage around the Rhubarb and Caraway plants that has been nibbled on. Was given a hop plant so will plant him.

ATM im watching it rain and watching my pineapple habanero country style ribs cook.

That saucer was emptied yesterday afternoon before the rain started.
