Disease? Virus? Overfert?

Hello Everyone, Ive seen lots of great pepper lovers helping out beginners and would like to ask for some help with my peppers.
My plants have developed black necrotic like spots on the lower level leaves as well as others becoming yellow and just falling off.
The plants are a 7pot and a moruga scorpion in 2 gallon pots.
They are growing in soil+cow manure with crushed eggshells.
Fed miracle grow during growing phase and foxfarm tiger bloom at first sight of buds.
Stopped feeding two weeks ago and switched to only water as well as allowing soil to dry more between waterings.
No peppers yet as all flowers have fallen off, falling off from where the flower connects to the stem. First year flowering, Temps have reached a bit over 100° F so probably pollen sterilization.
Foliar feeding with epsom today.
Any help with identyfing the cause of the spots and how to treat it would be greatly appreciated

Anything i missed just ask, long post but details are essential to narrowing down the cause.

I see nothing that would indicate a need to intervene in any way. You may have something munching a little bit but nothing close to an infestation. I also seen no indication of yellowing or leaf loss.
Plants look fine in the pics provided.

On the last picture it looks fungal to me. Cant rule out pest damage though. I've had pests do some funky stuff to my plants over the years that left me scratching my head.

I don't know. Was thinking xanthomonas campestris p.v. vesicatoria (Xcv), cause I just read about it, but you seem to have clean holes there, from what I can make out. It kinda looks like the damage is more mechanical than biological.

Anyway, vesicatoria fits your written description of the leaf damage,as well as your other descriptor, defoliation. Most of the pics I found online showed larger, late stage, lesions, but my chilli disease book has a pic similar to yours, page 15 (A.S. Duriat, N. Gunaeni dan A.W. Wulandari :Penyakit Penting Tanaman Cabai dan Pengendaliannya). http://balitsa.litbang.pertanian.go.id/ind/images/isi_monografi/M-31%20Penyakit%20Penting%20pada%20Tanaman%20Cabai%20dan%20Pengendaliannya.pdf

Just a shot in the dark.

XCV looks interesting but I cant seem to find much info on it other than a few studies on XCV- resistant varieties. There was more on pepper bacterial spot what I believe is the non scientific name. I sprayed them with Neem oil this morning and i'll hope for the best, seems bacterial spot is hard to treat. Any other suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Another grower suggested the same solid. Maybe I am just overly worried as its my first year with these and ive been tending them since last summer ,they were only about 6-7 inches in february but have grown over a foot each since then. Been babying them you could say. I'll update soon

It's natural to want perfect plants, but just be careful not to let that turn into an obsession, which leads down a slippery slope of loving your plants to death. You'll be OK, as long as you just keep it realistic. Sometimes you'll even see some plant porn here - but keep in mind that we always take pics of our plants at their very best. There are often factors beyond our control that soon turn our "underwear model" plants, into battle scarred warriors.
