I have treated myself to a couple of orders from heathotsauce.com over the last few months and thought I'd share some of the most delicious sauces I tried:
Angry Goat Hot Cock Sauce: Probably the greatest-tasting super hot sauce I have had. It is seriously hot, but the acid of the lime juice and vinegar cut it well. It's hot as balls, but you'll melt your face off because you cannot stop eating it.
Heartbreaking Dawns Reapercussion Sauce: Straightforward heat that punches you in the mouth, but dissipates pretty quickly. No frills, just hot peppers, and a couple ingredients to complement the peppers.
Charman Caribbean Hot Sauce Sauce: Not a super hot sauce, but a classic mix of habaneros/scotch bonnets (I'm guessing, as their ingredient list states only "hot peppers") and fruity island flavors. I can take shots of the stuff.
Swampadelic 7 Pot Primo Sauce: Nuclear hot. I tasted each one of these sauce by eating about a teaspoon, and this was the only sauce that put me on the brink of submission. It has flavor, don't get me wrong, but just know you are playing with fire.
Formosa's Habanero Sauce: This one might be a little polarizing because I imagine some people do not like the thick, creamy texture. This sauce is not very hot. Actually, I cut it with some Swampadelic to give it a little more heat, but the flavors and texture are spectacular.
Any suggestions on other sauces I should try? Thanks.
