fertilizer Do I have to repot a peppa plant every year or just fertilize

So, guise, I have a three year old Thai pepper plant. I bring it in the house over the winter then put it back outside in the Spring. Last year I gave it new dirt at the beginning of the season and it went berzerk and produced peppas a' many. This year I am a little afraid to give the peppa plant new dirt cause I don't want to risk the transplant and dirt is like $14 a bag right now. Would it work just as well, or almost as well, to just keep the same dirt from last season but add miracle grow or some fertilizer? Tenks guyz.

(Oh and the pic every one wants is coming in a day or two)

You answered your question, new soil worked because of new nutrients and micro organisms.

You can give it try to just feed it with nutrients, but i think some new soil does have loads of benefits if its quality soil
