I highly recommend "Semillas La Palma" for seeds...he has hundreds to pick from with very high germination rate & his prices are reasonable..to boot he is a member here.
Wicked Mike also a member should be on board with his seeds also,& he is also highly regarded.

If you are in the STL area, i have some lemon drop seedlings i can spare. A bit late in the season though for smaller plants.

Both places I have purchased seeds from and both were cheap(er than other places I found), looked fresh (I'm a noob. I'm just assuming that a bright beige-almost-yellow seed is fresh) and had freebies thrown in.

I know the weight of a first year growing peppers person isn't much, but I thought to throw my two cents on the vendors I have had great experience with. I'll definitely leave a review on the vendor page soon.
