Thanks!
Tomatoes burnt too.
First pick of my Orange habaneros, wish I could remember what type they are, any suggestions?
Ate my first Mama Mia pepper, very fruity and sweet for a sweet pepper, much nicer then a Bell.

Funny. I just noticed yesterday that I let the same happen to my cherry tomatoes.

Checked out my veg.
Carrots, tiny, Purple Onions almost non entity, rainbow beets tiny, regular ones ok, 2-3".
Collected allot of Dill seeds, couple cups.
Peppers back outside, temps going from 5-27c.

Last night was sup[osed to be Low 7c but from half the plants showing they got bitten im guessing it went to zero. Was supposed to have -5c and next three days of snow but the forecast is so F^&$#% that all I know its cold. plants are back inside of coarse. Tall trees are bending allot so high winds, they say its 35k winds right now.
Brought in my zuccini, the others are small , 19" the big one.

Swiss chard leaves look good (green row upper right) other then that all else is toast, herbs also look ok.
Still get +-4c at night.

What happened to these, did they die off?

Do you know what the deal with frost exposure is? Is it a matter of when not if your plant will die once exposed, or can they recover if kept in better conditions after the exposure?

Thanks for all the great pics by the way

Thanks!
Depends what it is, the basil is all dead, Thyme, Rosemary and Swiss chard so far still green, everything else brown. Last night -4c and supposed to go down to -7c, so looks like its the norm now. Dont see anything recovering, still getting around +17c at times, but drops at night. Looks like all that fire smoke created a mini nuclear winter, amazing to have temps drop 10deg in 5 min as the smoke rolled over the town.
