Rather new to the making...not so new to the tasting scene.
 
I'm a web designer and English lad, living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I'm very interested in starting a small chilli sauce company as there is very little competition here....and also very little choice for anyone wanting a little spice in their food!
