Thank you!! It's, as they say, a constant learning process.

I canned enough sauce (My grandaddy's special recipe) to last a year, so my next crop I can play around with...jelly, pickles, etc.

I've been enjoying browsing the THP boards.

Hahaha! I didn't even realize that link went to the turtle! Whoopsie!

The sauce is a tomato and vinegar base (cooked and canned) that pairs well with seafood and grilled meats.
