Mine are in the grow box thing I posted a page or 2 ago. the LEDs seems to be doing a great job!

They were planted straight into the medium in the cups. Its mostly coir with some perlite and a small amount of general plant food and trace elements added to give them a good start. I haven't actually needed to water them since they sprouted, but I will soon. When I do, i'll be bottom watering and hopefully that'll encourage some nice deep root growth

Good progress all. I can't wait to get the bad boys into some descent containers and let mamma sunshine do her thing.

Fantastic place.
2700 km drive there from where I stay , but worth it , it is in the Tropics , so nice and warm , swimming, diving , fishing every day.

That's good progress in 10 days Drathag. Onto second set of proper leaves and last photo the first were just showing. They real compact as well.

What hours are they under lights out of interest?

Just as a sideline update.

The Cito's from this post ↓↓↓ actually made it (shoutout again to THSC for bulletproof seeds). Five out of six eventually sprouted in the rockwool.

On the Cito front not so good as I decided to take the seeds out of the jiffy and put into a tupperware container. Not enough water and 24hrs later all dried up. Rest in piece baby Cito's.

Never mind. Jiffy'ed the last six Cito's I had with a batch of Culleys Reapers this morning and we try again.

How's the poppage going drathag?

Cheers, I'm very happy with how they're going so far. For lights I have them cycling 18 on, 6 off.

You going to try split them out or just cull the smallest in the cups?

We don't get Aji's in NZ at all so might seem like a daft question but I guess I'd try save every one lol.

I'll cull. I figure it means less root disturbance. I'm planning to end up with one strong plant in each cup. Later I'll transplant one to the ground and one to a pot and see what happens!
