What do you make of this?
•spider mites?
•overwatering?
•nutrient deficiency?
•ph problem?
•fertilizer burn?
•other pest?

I'd definitely rule pests.I think this poor leaf has several issues going on calcium deficiency and too much nitrogen for starters. What are you feeding and growing in Jeff?

I'm growing in a mixture of pro-mix with black kow composted manure.

I haven't done too much in the way of feeding except using nectar for the gods nutrients once or twice mixed according to the instructions on the bottle.

I'm using 7 gallon grow bags.

Also I have 24 plants in a raised garden bed that have not been given any nutrients. They are in a black earth compost mixture. They are showing some similar issues.

It's been very rainy this season. Plants are far more saturated than I would like.

I've seen some evidence of spider mites (some visible webbing) on a couple plants but not all of them.

I have ordered some ladybugs to let loose in both areas to see if it makes a difference.

Also in the area, other gardners are reporting leaf miner infestations that are wiping out leafy greens like kale.

Jeff could be the compost you're using is running hot. What's your mix ratio of promix to compost?I don't use compost so I have zero knowledge of its effects on pepper plants.I'm quite sure some other members have a working knowledge on compost and mix ratios.

1/4th or less of it is compost. The rest is promix.

Pepper plants I purchased locally do not seem to be effected, only ones I've started from seed. Annum's seem fine as well.

I did have a rough start hardening them off and experienced some sunburn.
