my ferment is starting to grow small moldy patches, i guess it is due to the fact that solid matter started rising above brine level recently.
looking at the picture below, would you recommend tossing the whole batch (~3litres) or trying to scraping it off and weighing the solids
down with cabbage? to give some perspective the patch is like 4-5mm in diameter.
