Borg 9 vs. Bleeding Borg 9

So I am confused.  Have seen talk about the Borg 9 and Bleeding Borg 9 as if they are two different peppers.  Are they?  The way folk talk, it would be like there was a Bubblegum and a Bleeding Bubblegum, but I thought that one of the definitions of Bubblegum was bleeding up the stem?

Technically the the Borg 9 isn't supposed to have a colored calyx. The Bleeding Borg 9 is a very similar breed that does end up with the bubblegum characteristic.
 
I could be wrong, but I've heard that it was the result of different mother plants in the Nagalah / BBG7 cross.
 
One is Nagalah X BBG7 and the other is BBG7 X Nagalah. There was this thread not too long ago that discussed a similar topic. http://thehotpepper.com/topic/64259-origin-of-the-7-pot-bbg-bubble-gum/?hl=borg#entry1448106
 
 
I looked for some concrete sources, but couldn't find any. I might have to follow Superhot Sim's advice and find out.
 
 
 
Borg 9 is Nagalah x BBG7 , the bleeding Borg is parents reversed im sure BBG7 x Nagalah. Im pretty sure if any of you know Chris Saunders on facebook he will explain in more detail, Chris was growing out the Borg 9 for Jon Harper and it was Chris that had one plant throw up all choc pods hence another story of where Borg Choc originated from :crazy: :lol:

I am weird in that I love surprises.  When I grow something wildly unstable, I tend to grow at least 10.  Usually I will get some dead on and some weird ones.  When gigsaw first came out from Pepper Joe, I got some butt plug looking things that made my tongue numb.  Tried to grow them out and they came out looking like Moruga but lost that tongue numb thing.  It was weird, not like normal hot, just numb like novacane.
