water Chocolate Starfish & Hot Dog Flavored Water

Was thinking about this album and thought of crossing a brazilian starfish and chilhuacle negro in hopes of producing a chocolate starfish.  I've never crossed anything before.  Could it be done?

The_Northeast_Chileman has a great capsicum species crossing chart floating around somewhere. Hopefully he sees this and can post it

I'll get to that chart in a minute but first is the OP needs to review some instruction as there are many sites on how to cross peppers but I recommend Crossing and Breeding Chile Peppers (how to create your own hybrids!).

Edit to follow-#1-.5:05pm..The reason for above & this edit is the chart below - note the female/male flower relationship.

Edit to follow-#2-.05:55pm...Commitment.. Do you know how many seasons/years it takes to grow out a cross?

is it easier to cross if they're both baccatum?
It's not easier but more productive if they are, note in 1st chart above that if both parents are C. baccatum that they get a HF rating for their offspring.

And last but not least......a brown C. baccatum..... TOUGH TO FIND! The only thing I can find is Aji Panca which some sites claim is Aji Panca C. baccatum and others Aji Panca C. chinense...
