Drop it like it's hot... #4th #july

What a great day of bbq and beer drinking.

The ribs that I smoked on the weber were fall off the bone tender and loaded with delicious smoke flavor.

Rub:

paprika
brown sugar
salt
pepper
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
oregano
ground coffee
cinnamon
cumin

That's a lot of ingredients but its totally worth it.  Just rubbed the ribs down with some yellow mustard and then liberally applied the rub.  Smoked the ribs at 200-235 for approximately 7 hours.  Spritzed with some coffee stout and vinegar every hour.  At the 4.5 hour mark I threw a couple of russet potatoes on the grill along side the ribs with some evoo, salt and pepper on them.  The corn was microwaved for convenience.

Cheers!
