I'm a restaurant owner and I want to sell our housemade hot sauce both in the restaurant and online as well as make new recipes.
 
In this arena I am complete newb and am looking forward to learning. I've already been helped by several on this forum and I'm grateful for the friendly atmosphere.

How's it going Matt? I lived right next door in allentown for 14 years, now up in lehighton. What restaurant do you own down there?
