Hello from NW Arkansas

Hi All!
 
First post, long time chili-head!   Looks to be a fun place to hang out, exchange ideas and learn!
 
Just recently moved to the country and planted a huge garden.  I have an abundance of Poblanos, Habaneros and Jalapenos and bell peppers!  The wife thinks I planted too much... Well after my bumper crop, I think I did.. ;)
 
Now how to use them all up!  Hot Sauce! Pickled Peppers.. Salsa!  I ordered some lactofermintation supplies and wanted to give that a go.  
 
Now on to the forum to search for hints, tips and tricks!
