smoking Smoked pork butt!

Did you smoke it up there on the upper rack of an offset??
Yes, the top rack keeps it a little further from the heat of the smoker box in my smoker. I usually put a baking sheet or something on the bottom to shield it a bit too.
 
Interesting! My upper rack would be way too small I think, you must have a large smoker. Even ears of corn barely fit.
 
I like tangy BBQ sauce on mine. Mmm mmm. A messy plate usually takes care of that, no dipping needed.
