A couple weeks ago I picked  up ( not literally) a gently used Big Joe for a great price.

Last weekend I used it for the first time to do an overnight smoke of an 8 pound pork butt.

Used about 10 pounds or half a big bag of Royal Oaks Lump charcoal and a couple sticks of Cherry wood.

Put a drip pan in with just a bit of water.

The Pork Butt got a good rub down and onto the smoker.

Over night at about 230 degrees and 15 hours later.

It got wrapped in foil and into a cooler for a couple hours and then the pulling got started.

Money shot....

looks great

This whole page seems to be about rubbing, jerking, and pulling. Keep up the good work.
