ORIGINAL RED (So Cal Hot Sauce) Veteran Owned/ Operated!!!!

Sounds like a great all around type of sauce. Not so crazy about the MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) or the Sodium Benzoate in the ingredient list but I would still try it!

I don't mind the msg after all it is naturally occurring even in tomatoes and the basis of anything umami including soy sauce, but I'd like to see him ditch that preservative as well. I often see new saucemakers use it based on their copacker and when they get bigger and start researching copackers etc. they are able to remove such things.
