Hi there!!

Just want to introduce myself. Currently living in Grapeland, TX. This is my first year fermenting peppers for hot sauce and I'm really loving the end result. Haven't tried anything too crazy yet as far as combining different peppers, veggies and fruits. Peppers I am growing this year are orange habs, tabascos and cayennes. I look forward to learning from all of you so I can make even more amazing sauces!!
