I love traditional woks, had a typhoon once and it was awesome.

Iv'e seen this one at the fiery foods show over the years.  I start my new job at Suttcliffe vineyards on monday and Jose who works and lives at the vineyard owns one.  I can't wait to play with it soon and make lunches for my coworkers on it soon.

Right on! Hope the new job goes well. If you ever need anything while attending the fiery food show, let me know. You gotta love workers who live on site, that's dedication. Cheers Jedi!

There's some disc cookers on this site.

Here's one http://thehotpepper....-cooking-on-it/

You'll turn a three hand job into a one hand sausage cranking, one hand sausage guiding machine.

Thats nice but I can do that on my BGE with my existing woks   :)

On the flip-side I do have a nice cajun cooker butane for deep frying turkeys, boiling crabs etc...... All I need is a larger wok.

Take a look at these monster pans: we gonna need a 55 gallon of 10w-40 and go grab me that rake over there so i can stir the chicken!

I have one and i love it. Just make sure you get a burner that puts out some serious BTUs. High heat.
