Habanada Pepper looks sick

How long has it been in that nursery pot? Theres also bug damage. That stem looks pretty thick like its been in that pot for a while. Might be root bound. I can tell that alot of leaves have dropped from the lower stem too. Over watering? My solution would be to move it to a larger pot with good quality potting soil, treat for bugs and take it easy on the watering. It doesn't looked diseased to me.

I moved the plant from the 4 inch pot into the 5 gallon smart pot and sprayed with neem oil and captain jack's dead bug

How long ago?

Did you fertilize this plant in the small pot ?  Looks like you have some leaf tip burn. Could be too much fert... could be over watering too.

Looks like a lot of leaves have dropped too. Not a lot of yellow... so over watering may not be the prob.

Since you moved the plant to a 5 Gal.... you'll have to wait and see now.

Like Edmick said.... I think it'll bounce back....... in time.

My transplants were end of the season plants, came all the way from California and arrived infected with leaf miners.  They were doomed from the start but I am still trying to nurse them back to health.
