Hey there!

Greetings from Ohio! I've been growing hot peppers for a number of years, over the last few I started growing them in 5 gallon buckets. I've had excellent results, since I can control the soil quality better than the clay that makes up most of what we've got out here. I found this site while trying to identify a weird looking pepper I've got growing, since I got a bunch of them mixed up this year, and it doesn't match anything I remember buying seeds for. So I'll have a post over in Pepper ID soon enough.

I grow the really hot stuff mostly for friends and family, I enjoy growing something new, and they enjoy eating something that will singe the hair off their...noses. I generally buy my seeds randomly off the internet, so the advertised pepper isn't always what grows, and that's part of the fun of it.

Welcome, from just north of you! I recommend checking out the Vendor Vault for reputable seed sellers. Good luck this season!

Welcome,
Msg me and we can swap different varieties.
My hits aren't segregated enough so I get som surprises also but mostly they're close to what I expect.
I can see my big harvest end of August, so seeds-a-plenty then.
