Put down my first ferment today..used a mixture of Carboneros,maras biebers and a few supethots,peaches,sweet cherries,onion,garlic,ginger,and a dried hot pepper/fruit powder mixture, and salt...filled a half gallon mason jar 3/4 full and used an easy fermenter airlock lid...what do you all think?..tganks for the chance to learn

Looks great! I hadn't seen those types of airlocks before and had to google them, they look like they will do a good job for ya. I just picked up some of these https://www.culturesforhealth.com/pickle-pipes-waterless-fermentation-airlocks-4-pack.html a while back and have had good success with them. Only thing is after they have sat a month or so the lids are really hard to get off haha.
