How are you guys doing it? Removing seeds first or not? I removed the seeds. Half i hung on a string, the others i just put on a paper towel. Both ways seem to work fine.
Are you drying them only in the sun or finishing them up with a dehydrator?
Mine are pretty mild so removing seeds probably is the reason. Green they had way more zip to them. I hate to deal with seeds from dried pods but if kicks the heat up i will.
