What's wrong with my plants?

These were healthy flowers, any tips on what went wrong and what I can do to remedy the situation?

Could be a virus or something. Flowers dropping is pretty common in summer months but whole branches dying isn't. Post some more info. Any changes in environment or conditions? Any pests? Kinda resembles what happens to peppers when frost hits but i doubt thats an issue since you're in california.

Could be verticillium wilt. Lets hope not. You should trim them down and get the dead and yellow parts out.

You could hit them with copper and sulfur and see what happens.
