sun Is this just a suntan or other problem?

I went out this afternoon to start picking all my ripe mini bell peppers. All of them that were ripe or going ripe have this blackish marking all over them. The marks are only on the surface of each pepper. I was thinking it might be a suntan; however, there are multiple marks on each pepper, and on all sides off the pepper (not just on the sun facing side). Not a single green pepper has this, which is the confusing part. They started going ripe a few days ago so they haven't been hanging fully ripe for more than two or three days. These peppers are grown in five gallon pails on my deck. I don't see this on any of my other pepper plants in the big garden boxes.

You are absolutely correct. I was able to see them last night no problem. As it turns out I had upgraded my photobucket account last night, and as doing so it changed my account to align with their new terms of service, where you cannot 3rd party host your pictures unless you pay an absolutely stupid fee of $400. So I guess I have to kiss my photobucket account goodbye because it is completely useless to me now. I will have to add pictures when I find another site to host from.
