Red Jalapeno & Serrano Sauce

Yesterday I picked over a hundred jals and serrano peppers that were red and made my first sauce of the year. I used all the peppers which filled up 3/4 of my Blendtec and used 2 cups ACV, 1 sweet onion, 3 TBS of garlic, 1 TBS seasalt, 2 TBS honey, 1tsp smoked paprika and a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. It turned out really good and once cooked down made 10 bottles of bright red sauce. I'll try and post pics later. Its very tasty and everyone really liked the flavor profile. I thought I would try something a little different from the norm.
