It kinda looks like a bishop's crown to me.

That's a Bishop's Crown. A Capsicum Baccatum. I grow them every year. The entire house loves them. Like you say, really sweet. Nice looking pod!

Honestly, is Scotch Bonnet the hardest chilli to get the right seeds for?
Have gotten so many different chilis from habanero to mushroom while trying to order sb seeds.

Did you get the combo pack of yellow/orange/red? I got that from them last year and had the same thing happen. PepperJoe's is under new management and seems to be doing better. You definitely have Bishop's Crown though. They are tasty.
