Greeting from Belgium

Dear all,

After years of studying bio engineering I felt the urge to try growing something myself. Growing peppers was an oblivious choice.
The end of my first growing season is near and I'm quite happy with my yield. Especially the jalapenos did will. My Chinese variaties are still full of fruits and hope that they will mature in time.

At the moment I have these peppers in the garden:
  • Habanero Chocolate
  • Habanero Red
  • Jalapeno
  • Jalapeno Early
  • Trinidad Beans
  • Trinidad Scorpion Sunrise
  • Spanish chili pepper
  • 5 unknown variaties (gifted seeds)

Since my parents are also planting a lot of vegetables, we upgraded our gear this year. Since this year we have drying oven and a weck kettle.
I both used them already. Especially the weck kettle is nice for making sauce shelf stable.

For next year I have a lot of new seeds:
Lemon drop
Aji ahuachapau
Cayenne yellow
Tabasco
Cin biber
Peruvian arancio
Tasmanian black
Aribibi gusano

Wish me luck.

Welcome aboard ship mate :) Sounds like a great grow. Looking forward to hearing some sauce recipes. And any other Recipes ypu would like to share.
Sunny SC
