2 pepper ids needed

Need help identifying these peppers. The chocolate peppers were supposed to be chocolate habaneros.They have mean looking stingers on them and theyre extremly hot. Probably hotter than a ghost. The second pepper in question was supposed to be a Brazilian ghost pepper but looks more like some type of scorpion.Its a very colorful pepper. Any suggestions?

I bought 6 live plants from a guy on ebay. He had a list of around 15 different super hots to choose from. Must say im a big fan of jays peach ghost scorpion and the yellow fatalii..
