Really hot, my hottest sauce i've made so far.

Sauce sounds great, but looks better!

Label really compliments the colours, very aesthetically pleasing.

I think the alternative doll would scare people out of eating the sauce

Keep up the good work, although I don't really have to say it, do I? You'll do it anyway ;) :D

I just freelance it. Took some time getting it perfect, but using the rulers on top and sides I was able to line everything up correctly. This is in Pages, Apples word program. I can email it to you if you have a Mac with it installed or I can probably save to Microsoft Word. You can easily type over/delete my details for yours, but use the spacing as that is set ip for those labels.

Took labels to printer down the street, cost me $0.53 a sheet. Not too bad at all. First place I went only had laser and refused to use my sheets but the one right next to where I get my hair cut had an inkjet. Turned out really nice.

Only ran half the sauce through the food mill, a lot thicker and greener than last batch. More roasted floaties which I wanted too

I've got a bag of cranberries we never used for thanksgiving and a pomegranate. I'm thinking about making a cranberry pomegranate sauce for christmas dinners.

I have two ferments and contemplating on processing one. They are 19 days old. One is the F1 Aji Painapple, sort of a sweet heat with hints of maple. The other is Omni bonnet (aji omni color x bonnet) baccatum flavor with a tart and sharp burn.

Obviously the red would go with other ingredients better but I think the painapple flavor would compliment them more. What you guys think. Also what other ingredients. Sugar, Pear, Ginger apple cider vinegar? Maybe no pear.

Other pepper options are mixed baccatums, whole bag of sugar rush, D3 Goat and smoked bbg7 cross I think I will do together in a pepper forward sauce...

Some sugar to balance tart for sure, and some "pie spice" if you have it, something with a little clove, would be nice. Also orange juice.

Freezer contents changed my mind. think i'm going to try for a super hot sauce. So far all have ended up too mild. Christmas sauce on back burner but WILL happen.

Here's what I got. I think I will make it pepper forward.

Top Left- 7pot orange x Cbbg7, bottom left - not sure, smells smoked. Maybe el scorponero i didn't label. Top Right- super mix some jays peach ghosts red and wasp looking phenos and bottom right- D3 goat peppers.

no idea what i'm going to use in sauce. Maybe just peppers salt and vinegar? Thoughts?
