D3 Pepper Products

D3 goat, moa red, 7pot orange x cbbg7(very floral), a handful of jamaican hot chocolate habs, smoked el scorponero, jays peach ghost red pheno, caribbean red habaneros and devils prick with some apple cider vinegar, cane vinegar, rice vinegar, a vidalia onion, a pear, handful of garlic cloves, ginger, some alder smoked kosher salt, onion and garlic. See how this turns out.

what's funny is my wife is now craving spaghetti as well. She wants to go to olive garden when i'm done after looking at the sauce. 
 
 
So, it turns out i'm an idiot. This whole time i've been using my food mill screens upside down. It's much easier to use the right way  :rolleyes:

Thanks, i'm just using paint.net and then uploading the img to avery online template tool. photoshop and gimp where too complicated. Paint.net has some drawbacks but i've been using it for years so I have the hang of that one.
