Think maybe it's about time to crack open the ferments and make something.
Omni bonnet pomegranate and cranberry sauce? Sounds good to me. Not sure what to do with the Aji Painapple. I might let that one go for a bit longer and do something with maple syrup.
Not sure i'm going to use it in a sauce. I thought fermenting might dull the baccatum smell if anything it's made it much more concentrated. Not sure I like the combo of ferment smell and baccatum. Can't picture it making a good sauce.
Haven't tasted it yet though, kind of waiting on feedback on the white film.

was playing with some sfrb yesterday trying to come up with a way I could ship some plant plugs safely. I think I got an idea using the inserts to woozie bottle boxes. Only takes me a min to put one together. Should keep them from sliding around and crushing each other. Will cut skewers to tape with root ball that are length of box to keep them in position.

Same with beer, don't like TAP WORKS. I like Brewery or Brewers, or just the name.

Personally, I think that D3monic Pepper Products sounds better than Sauce Works or Pepper Company. But that's my $0.02. 
All of the Works and Co. names are very corporate. Save that for the entity name you put on the back, but the BRAND is different. YooHoo and Oreo are brands. Nabisco is a company. Think BRAND here.
