I can't believe I've missed this thread until now, just read from start to finish. Fantastic stuff going on here, Micheal. Your graphics are awesome.

Anything new happening?

Not really, I still have a few peppers in the freezer but I haven't really had a chance to make any sauce. Sort of been spending free time playing Call of duty instead of cooking or sauce making. Contemplating making a kitchen sink sauce with most my left over peppers. Mix of superhots and baccatum. Not sure how it would turn out though.

Just ordered a new 8gal SS stock pot for sauce making. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079H5WXYD/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Don't make people flip the bottle to read more text. What's in the green boxes should be the same orientation.

Ive probably got enough negative space I might be able to widen boxes and have the text horizontally instead of vertically. Ill play with it see how it looks.

Yeah the art does not need to be centered since the bottle is cylindrical. Move the art to one side, then on the side of it, you can put the description on top of the ingredients, etc.

Quick test batch of steak sauce. Really like  how it turned out,  not nearly as hot as I had expected. Will add more el scorponero on the next batch

yea I know about the test boxes. I just used a quick template I had already made since it was just a test batch of a dozen bottles

I like the horseradish flavor but adds a subtle fibrous grit to it. Not so bad its a turn off but enough Ill probably omit it next batch
