Eggrolls Rule

Started before noon but finally the Egg rolls are done, boiled okra too. Of course I ate more than this, it was awesome. I stumbled into my favorite sauce for anything. Hot Sesame seed oil, hoisin, soy and sriracha==Flavor bomb.

Just had homemade pork eggrolks a few days ago, with sriracha because I don't have the Thai peppers yet to make some sweet Thai chili sauce. Mine will probably be twice as hot as the store bought of course, I generally add some hab sauce to the stuff from the store

One of the little Chinese "dives" in my old neighborhood did something nobody else did to their egg rolls. They brushed the skin with a egg white wash which made them SUPER crispy.
 
You reminded me of a saying from a friend of mine when we go to the camp. If I'm gonna spend $100 on a good buzz, I'm not going to ruin it with a 10 cent hotdog. 
 
Besides, Fat people need to eat!! :rofl:
