Why did I not try and make hot sauce before?

I should have been trying to make sauces years ago.

Sauce try #2.
Orange habanero base. It's not as hot as I'd like, but I'll add more habaneros for the next batch. Knowing me, I'll over compensate and it will be super hot.

It's got orange habaneros, orange bell peppers a little onion, carrot and garlic.
This time I didn't press it through the strainer as much as the last batch I made and it was. Much more liquidity than before. I really like the consistency. Much like tobasco sauce.
It wasn't nearly as hot as I was hoping for. My guess is maybe I didn't cook it long enough to really get the capsicum out of the peppers and into the liquid. And by having less pulp there was less capsicum in the sauce.

I really like the taste too.
I plan to use more habaneros next time :)
